What websites does the widget work on? +
Any website. It's a single JavaScript embed — works with WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Shopify, Webflow, custom HTML, and more. If your site can load a script tag, it works.
Is this only for law firms? +
No. FirmChat works for any business — law firms, dental offices, real estate agencies, consulting firms, e-commerce stores, and more. We customize the AI for your industry and use case.
Can the bot schedule appointments? +
Yes — on Professional and Enterprise plans, we integrate with Calendly (or similar tools) so the chatbot can share your booking link and guide visitors to schedule directly from the chat.
What if I need to update the bot's information? +
On Professional and Enterprise plans, we include monthly prompt updates at no extra cost. Just email us the changes and we'll update your bot within 24 hours. Starter plan updates are $50 each.
How fast can I get my chatbot live? +
Most bots are built and delivered within 3-5 business days after we receive your business information. Embedding takes less than 5 minutes once you have the code.
